Ian focuses solely on dental implants because he relishes the challenge of helping rebuild patients’ confidence as well as their smile.

Ian spends a significant part of his working week helping patients who have been told that they may not be suitable for implant treatment elsewhere.

Helping patients who have lost, or are due to lose, all their teeth is something he enjoys immensely, as he often able to provide fully fixed teeth for them instead of a denture.

Paul is responsible for sterilising our equipment and has put in place a tracking system that allows us to verify each sterlisiation cycle and relate that cycle to a patient's surgery.

He has also set up the sterilisation facility at our Cardiff base, tracks implants and materials used and maintains a register of them for future record.

Paul's tremendous attention to detail, his pride in his work and our facility ensures that sterility is at the core of everything we do.

Julia is an experience dental nurse who worked in general practice before joining Dr Seddon's team.

One of the reasons she is so good at her job is that her calm and easy manner readily relaxes patients as she guides them through the surgery.

Julia has undertaken additional training in Sedation and Surgical work and is planning to train in Dental Radiography.

She takes responsibility for the care of patients on the day of surgery and is with them throughout the procedure.

Clare was originally a dental nurse and subsequently a dental practice manager. From there she joined Dr Seddon's team and is now the day to day link for patients, answering their questions, giving advice throughout the treatment, liaising with the dental team and responsible for patient aftercare.

Clare feels that one of the most important parts of her role is to always be at the end of the telephone to help answer any questions a patient may have, however silly or simple they feel they may be.
